The Loft is Hotel Riva e Mare’s most distinctive room — a generous studio-and-a-half where the sleeping area and living space flow naturally together, and a separate kitchen with a dining table for two gives it the feel of a private apartment rather than a hotel room. At 25 m², it is ideal for couples who want independence, space, and something a little different.
The sleeping area has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, kitchenware, and toaster — great for a quiet breakfast in or a late-night glass of wine at the table. Garden views, soundproof walls, double-glazed windows, and blackout blinds. Air conditioning, mini-fridge with small freezer, in-room safe, flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. Private entrance. Parking
Two paid parking options are available — both must be reserved in advance as spaces fill quickly in summer:
Covered car park at the hotel (year-round): Secure underground parking accessible from the hotel building by elevator. The most convenient option.
Outdoor car park, 150 m from the hotel (June to mid-September only): Open-air parking a 2-minute walk from reception. Available in peak season.
We recommend adding parking to your reservation at the time of booking.
