What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Room payment and the city tax are due on arrival.

What happens if I arrive after 8:00 PM?

Reception closes at night. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM should provide a messaging-enabled phone number (WhatsApp: +39 375 7049900) so we can send entry instructions for both the hotel and the parking.

How far is the beach and is there beach service?

The hotel is in the Rivabella district, directly in front of the Adriatic beach (Bagno 10 'Vatikaki') — about 30 metres, a one-minute walk — with direct beach access. Rooms with beach service — one umbrella and two sun chairs — are available at favourable rates.

Is breakfast included and when is it served?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a continental buffet breakfast is included in every rate and is served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. It includes hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea), croissants and pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals and fruit juices.

Yes, private parking is available (subject to availability), and an EV charging station is on site.

Yes, the hotel is pet friendly — one pet per room. The pet fee is €15 for the first night and €10 per night thereafter, to cover extra cleaning. We provide pet bowls and a pet basket.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The hotel has a lift/elevator and a fully wheelchair-accessible ground-floor double room with a private entrance and step-free access to an outdoor garden seating area. Please mention your needs when booking.
