Our Single Room with Balcony is designed for the solo traveller who wants everything within reach — including the sea. At 10 m², the room is efficient and well-equipped: a single bed (100 cm wide) with quality linen, a private balcony with a wooden table and two chairs where you can read, have your morning coffee, or simply watch the street come alive. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable on warm Adriatic nights.

Every detail is taken care of: a mini-fridge with a small freezer for drinks and snacks, an in-room safe, a wardrobe with hanging space, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, double-glazed windows for acoustic insulation, and blackout blinds so you sleep as late as you like. The private en-suite bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Free WiFi throughout.
