What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Room payment and the city tax are due on arrival.

What happens if I arrive after 8:00 PM?

Reception closes at night. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM should provide a messaging-enabled phone number (WhatsApp: +39 375 7049900) so we can send entry instructions for both the hotel and the parking.

Does this room have a balcony?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It has a private balcony with a wooden table and two chairs, with a garden-facing outlook, about 30 metres from the beach.

How many guests can this room sleep, and is a cot available?

The 14 m² Standard Room sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child in a queen bed. A free cot is available on request — please mention it when booking.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, the hotel is pet friendly — one pet per room. The pet fee is €15 for the first night and €10 per night thereafter, to cover extra cleaning. We provide pet bowls and a pet basket.

Yes, private parking is available (subject to availability), and an EV charging station is on site.

Yes, a continental buffet breakfast is included in the rate and is served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. It includes hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea), croissants and pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals and fruit juices.

How far is the beach and is there beach service?

The hotel is in the Rivabella district, directly in front of the Adriatic beach (Bagno 10 'Vatikaki') — about 30 metres, a one-minute walk — with direct beach access. Rooms with beach service — one umbrella and two sun chairs — are available at favourable rates.

Approximate distances from the hotel in Rivabella: the beach about 30 m (1-minute walk); the bus stop to Rimini centre about 50 m (city centre ~15 min by bus, 5–7 min by car); Rimini's historic centre (Piazza Cavour, Tiberius Bridge, Roman Amphitheatre) about 2.5–3 km; Rimini Fiera (exhibition & congress centre) about 2.2 km; Rimini railway station about 3 km; Federico Fellini Airport (RMI) about 9.1 km (~15 min by car).
